This is the test cake! It's a half-batch of a recipe I'm quite handy with, modified in a few ways, and it was so much better than I'd hoped for!! It was really moist and really kind of addictive! I'm going to use more cocoa, and use some ground almonds along with the flour, and make the real cake with a cream cheese and maple frosting. This photo was taken yesterday and it is GONE today! If and when the 2.0 version is definitely excellent I will post the recipe. |
